The not-so erotic space opera for ukulele

Herein lies the somewhat tragic and morally ambiguous tale of Altoid Forty-Two’s family vacation on Earth. It was my first full-length musical, and the first full-length opera for ukulele ever written with more than 50 songs … yeah it takes hours to perform. It’s also my baby, no matter how dumb it is. So here.

Orchestrations and the libretto aren’t for everyone. It's a bit adult-y at times. Let me know if you want to stage a world premier in your back yard.

Altoid brings his family to Earth to experience moral ambiguity and things go off the rails. Scheming schoolgirls, jealous wives, the girls from the country club, and too much beer lead to the tragic tale of a vacation gone wrong -- or so right if you're not judge-y. It may drive you off to Iota Draconis yourself.
